A horse and rider enter the arena. Lights flicker on and off till they finally concentrate on the competitors. The crowd claps in excitement. The announcer blares over the speakers and then the horse sprints off. Jumping over triple bars and over water it seems like they're gonna win. Then comes the parallel bars. Suspension grows and people start standing up on their seats trying to get a clear view of the up and coming task. The horse and rider jump over the parallel bars. One of the horse's legs back legs skid across one of the bars. The rider panics but the bar does not fall. They gallop towards the next jump as fast as they can. It's the triple bar with water on the other side. An easy task for the champion horse and rider they clear it with ease and no frustration. The announcer starts chanting them on and so does the crowd. They jump the brick wall and then they finish! - A Clear Round!

BASICS
I. Manners Every person on Tree Top Academy should be treated fairly. That means, manners should be used. If anyone speaks unkind words to anyone for no reason or for any reason at all they will be warned. We do not take unmannered people lightly. They will be dealed with.
II. Out-Of-Character We have out of character areas. For example, the shoutbox. We do want you to respect those areas for they don't have to be there. We are glad that you love the shout-box and everything but if someone doesn't use the shoutbox like they're suppose to then I'll have to get rid of it. The General Board is also an Out-Of-Character area. We allow you guys to talk about anything.
III. Appropriate Material On Tree Top Academy we don't appreciate it when someone sexually harasses someone or posts nudity. This is too graphic for some people and others just don't want to see it. If you want a relationship with someone they may have a relationship and may have kids but we kindly ask you that you do not be graphic with anything. That includes skipping the baby boom and going right to the kid. So please, no nudity or graphic breeding either.
IV. Activity I will be starting an activity check for every month. Roleplaying is a must also. We need you guys to be posting and be as active as possible. We want to show other sites how worthy we are of members don't we? So please, answer to the activity checks. I know bad me but I rarely have time to delete accounts and to tell the truth Sussy is more of an admin then me.
V. Picture Sizes We want pictures to be a size of 519 for width and 500 for height. No bigger. But if you can't modify the picture we have a code that sometimes shrinks the picture. But we don't want the board to be stretched so keep those pictures at the appropriate size.
VI. Site Copyright This site's boards are copyrighted to Outcast [me] but the skin is copyrighted to Cryptic Creations. The logo is the only part that's copyrighted to me that is from the skin. If any content is stolen action will be taken.

POSTING
I. Roleplaying We take roleplaying seriously. We request that each post is atleast two-hundreds words long. We have a word counter at the bottom of the brown reply box. Well, below the preview and spell checker. It helps count words. If any post is below two-hundred words then I will delete the post personally. So all posts after 11.02.08 that are two-hundreds words or less for roleplaying will be deleted.
II. Rules To Posting Please no inappropriate content in your posts. Also, we do not want to be some weird people that always have these ttyl's and brb's. I know, I like those abbreviations too but some people don't understand them. I know when I bought a horse on a site and someone but mmk I didn't understand so I was left confused. So no abbreviations. Weird faces are allright though.

HORSE AND RIDER
I. Horse Ages Horses need to be kept realistic and so do these requirements. Horses may not be ridden after twenty-three years of age. They may be kept as pets but not as competition horses. They are no longer at the academy at age thirty-one through thirty-six. They will be removed. Horses cannot be ridden at ages 0-2 because their backs are not fully developed. Foals must be born and speed-aged to three months. Horse's age one year every month.
II. Horse Colors Horse colors need to be focused on the breed. Such as a thoroughbred being cremello with tobiano markings. It's just not realistic for the breed. Albinos are not welcome here though if an admin makes an albino and puts it in the school horses board than it's up for academy use only.
III. Points && Levels I'm gonna make this simpler than ever. Points will be as followed. First Place - 500 points ;; Second Place - 350 points ;; Third Place - 200 points ;; Below - 50 points. Horse levels will be as followed. Beginner - 0-1,000 points ;; Intermediate 1,001-3,000 points ;; Advanced 3,001-8,000 ;; Champion 8,001+ Horses will be shown upon those gradings. If anyone cheats this than their horse's points and level will be reset to 0 and Beginner. NEW SO IF YOUR HORSE ISN'T UPDATED BY 3.01.08 RECORD IS RESET
IV. Rider Information Each person may have two riders. Please have a seperate account for your riders [students] so that I can keep better track of your characters. This makes it way easier on me. Rider's may not have children nor' be older than twenty years of age. Riders do age but not as fast as horses. Every three months your character ages. So, please respect this new addition to the system.
V. Applying For Staff Please do not ask to become a staff member. And if you want to be one than just be patient and I will ask you to become staff if I trust you and know that your mature enough. I know, I'm Outcast, I'm not always mature but usually I am which I need someone who is fun and mature at the same time. Those two qualities make a great admin or moderator.
IV. Horse Classes Horse Classes will be followed by horses status as beginner, intermediate, etc. and by it's points and appearance. Horses will not be judged by their gender because face it, it's not fair if you have a mare and their is only a show for stallions. It's not right. So horses will not be judged by gender.
