A horse and rider enter the arena. Lights flicker on and off till they finally concentrate on the competitors. The crowd claps in excitement. The announcer blares over the speakers and then the horse sprints off. Jumping over triple bars and over water it seems like they're gonna win. Then comes the parallel bars. Suspension grows and people start standing up on their seats trying to get a clear view of the up and coming task. The horse and rider jump over the parallel bars. One of the horse's legs back legs skid across one of the bars. The rider panics but the bar does not fall. They gallop towards the next jump as fast as they can. It's the triple bar with water on the other side. An easy task for the champion horse and rider they clear it with ease and no frustration. The announcer starts chanting them on and so does the crowd. They jump the brick wall and then they finish! - A Clear Round!

.K.I.S.S.
The air was chilly, an eerie mist hung in a doze above the roof-tops. The sun hid behind a dull-grey cloud letting luminouse light filtre weakly through the sky, pluging the blue into amazing yellows and pinks. Not many birds sang through that cold winter morning, most where huddled together or in their warm nests in hollow trees. Silence rung through the stable yard, not a soul walked. A creak jerked through the silence, ringing in the 15 year-olds ears and stirring the warm horses to move to their stall doors.
Amy pushed the doors open, not her suprise even the younger students haden't been with their horses, it was Sunday after-all, usualy the stable yard was bustling by 6am. Amy raised her wrist to gaze at her watch, 5:17am. Ah, that was why. Chuckling to herself for a moment she latched the doors to the side of the barn walls. Several nickers thundered through the block. Amy rubbed her hands together, the heated barn was always a pleasant place to be on a winters day.
Grey eyes skanned the stable doors. Bays, Chestnuts, Dappled Greys...no Flea-bitten's. Her eyes shot to stall #12, it was peacful and quite. Trudging down the dusty Isle she came to the stall and peered over the door. A flea-bitten grey was curled in a ball, her head stratched out infront of her, ears twitching and breathing heavy. Amy smiled and unlatched the bolt o the door, her new horse was stunning and incredibly lovable. The mare stirred, and raised her head, letting a soft nicker escape her jaws like always, she loved people.
Crouching down onto her knees, Amy cawled closer and put a hand on her back. Kis grunted with pleasure and shifted to lip at the teenagers brown hair in affection. Though Amy had only known the horse from the day before, she already felt a strong bond between them. Many knew and loved Kiss, she was popular around the stables. As the Warmblood lipped at her hair Amy breathed out and relaxed, rubbing the horses back as they took a moment of bonding. Then Amy tapped her whither. "Come on."
As the mare raised to her hooves, Amy slipped a purple rope-halter over her head and tied it firmly. "Today, we are going to have a ride." kissing, Kiss's (lol) nose she gave her neck a quick rub.

Beep BeepKara's alarm clock was telling her to get up but she wasnt really the morning type of person but as usual she sat up and looked out the window and noticed that the stable door was open just a little, obviously someone had walked in there and hadnt closed it properly.
Kara got dressed as quickly as she could because she got the idea that some one might be going for an early morning ride and she loves going for rides in the morning.
Kara pushed the stable door open rembering to close it and to wait for the little click sound to know that it was closed properly, just like the teacher taught her. ''Hello is anybody in here?''. She noticed 1 of the stall doors and Kisses Purple halter was missing. As soon as she noticed them things then it must be Amy Taking Kisses for a ride,but no-one was answering ''She Muse'nt hear me..
Kara ran to stall #2 to see how Bam was and as usual instead of having his head facing toward her he had his Rear-end facing towards her (its actually kinda funny). Come on big boy Kara said in a soft voice trying not to disturb the other horses. She walked up to the Tack room and grabbed his Grooming kit and his Dark blue halter, and took it back to his stall. Kara opened the stall gate which made a creaky sound and it was the only stall door that did that. ''Wooo boy, its only me. She Calmed him down before throwing the halter rope over his head and tieing it up and walking down the stable isle.
As soon as she walked past Kisses stall No. #12, She saw Amy patting Kisses back. '' Oh hey Amy, i thought it was you here'', '' I called out to you but i dont think you heard me.'' '' are you going for a ride , would it be ohk if i came with you.'' BL Apple Crumbly Really needs this ride he hasnt been worked i like days, kara thought to herself, While waiting for Amy to reply.

As Aubrey walked out the doors and outside on campus she blew into the air and watched as her breath faded away. The winter was always a pleasure, but Aubrey was sure she enjoyed spring more. Turning the corner and seeing the barn everything seemed to clear up and she was more awake even though it was still dark out.
Entering the barn she sighed and took a breath of the manure, leather, and hay...those are a few of her favorite smells. Looking down the isle she spotted Charlie and Moos stalls. They where right next to each other. Charlie snorted when he saw her and nodded his head up and down. How is this big boy doing?! Unlocking the bolt Aubrey stepped inside. Rubbing Charlie down she admired how big of muscles the quarter horse had. He was beautiful.
How about we go on a ride and get those legs strechted out. Walking out of the door Aubrey stopped in to see Moo. Curled up in the hay she was asleep in her back corner. Continuing on Aubrey stopped in by Kisses stall to see Amy. Hey Amy! noticing there was another girl Aubrey introduced herself. Hello! Im aubrey....Im in a room with Amy.... Aubrey pushed her blonde hair back into a low pony tail and unzipped her vest to reveal a plain blue shirt. The barn was perfect and the heat was working well.

Amy gripped the lead firmly, standing beside Kiss as a girl appeared. Though she wasen't at all familiar, the girl seemed to know her. Feeling slightly puzzled Amy smiled, struggling to reply to the girls many questions "Uh, yeah. I was going too. You can come along if you'd like." she grinned broadly yet again and held into Kiss's halter not wanting to get the big clydesdale intrested in the mare, it was clear the horse before her was a stallion. Rubbing Kiss's face as the mare reached out to sniff at the stallion she gave her a slight tug back, to keep her by her side. "Mind if I get through?" she asked, giving a glance towards the girl. Suddenly Aubery's voice met her ears and she smiled "Hey!". Kiss was getting over-loaded with the excitment of having several people around her and let out a low nicker.

While the big Clydesdale was caught up in everything, with horses around him and people talking,it just got a bit to much for him and started to rear his head ''Wooo Boy, its all right'' ''I think im going to take him to the grooming stalls now, ill meet you guyz there'' While she was wlking to the stall she could hear the sound of chitter chatter from Amy and Aubrey,Kara almost felt like she was getting left out. But Kara had a great feeling that this was going to become a great ride.
When she got to the stall she tied his halter lead to the bar in one of those quick release knots and started to unpack her grooming Kit. She Brushed him down and combed his mane because it was starting to get a bit ratty and after she brushed him down, He was getting all excited ( he loves getting brushed ).
Kara still felt a bit sad but she couldnt wait for the ride it was going to be soooo fun.

As the girl left, Amy smiled slightly, taking amoment to watch her leave before licking to Kiss. The grey mare gave a slight grunt and walked forwards obediantly, her head held high as she looked around the barn. Amy pulled her in a circle around her and latched the stall door firmly once again, turning the horse back towards Aubrey "Coming for a ride?" she cooed softly, grey eyes wtaching her room-mate closly. Amy coulden't wait to get on Kiss, the mare was talented at dressage and exceled in anything you could really put her mind to. Amy had ridden several horses back at home in australia, it was a terribly long way. The shipping for Pixel had osted them a fortune, it was amazing the family could afford it, quite suprising really.
Clicking her tongue yet again to Kiss Amy soun er around in the direction of the grooming stalls, halting her to wait for what Aubrey had to say before asking the mare to continue

Aubrey watched the beautiful mare as Amy held on to her tightly. As Kara walked away Aubrey listened to what Amy had to say. A ride sounds great right about now! Hearing something coming up down the isle, Aubrey turned around and saw Charlie walking towards her with his head held high. Looking at the stall door Aubrey noticed she didnt close the bolt and the Charlie pushed the door open. arent you a bad boy! Charlie flicked his ears forward at the mare and Aubrey remember he was a stallion grabbing on his lead rope that was dangeling she made sure that the stallion didnt go anywhere. This shall be interesting at the least.....

Amy laughed as the stallion wandered down the isle, his ears pricked and alert as he acted like he didn't do anything wrong and it was a everyday event for him to break out. Amy nodded as Aubrey spoke. "Yeah, sure will be" smiling she clucked her tongue and lead the warmblood into the grooming stalls. Tieing her in a quick release, Amy shot Kara a smile then headed towards the tack room.
Amy hung the black leather english sadlle on the fence, the polished black bridle sat ontop. Beside the saddle was a black saddle cloth, lined in silver and gold lace. Picking up a body brush she ran it quickly but thoroughly over the mares body, throwing it back into the basket and taking out a hoof pick. Picking the mares hooves out she checked that her shoes where still in good fit and let her hoof drop.
Throwing the saddle cloth over the mares back she adjusted it so that it was sitting squarly over the whither. "I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name" she said to the girl beside her, while picking up the all-purpose saddle.

''Its Kara''. Kara grabbed her english saddle and bridle, and hung it over the Bar. She went and got her Red saddle Cloth which had her named written in it in Blue swirvy writting, Her nan made it for her when she had her old horse. She slung the red saddle cloth over Bam's back while wooing him so he didnt get a fright. Kara slipped the Bridle bit into his mouth, lucky he wasnt like some of the other horses that wouldnt let you put the bit in there mouth. She strapped it up as good as she could Then went and grabbed the saddle and put it onto his back.
She firmly gripped the Girth and pulled it as tightly as she could, he was a big horse so he would try and get away with it being tight but Kara wasnt going to let him get away with it today. She mounted the young stallion and she could feel his urge to just gallop as far as he could, '' i know, i know, just wait until we get out.''
''Ill meet you out there.'' She said to Aubrey and Amy.

Aubrey lead the muscular stallion back to his stall and tied the rope against the loop. Grooming him quickly she set the sky blue on his back and then the heavy western saddle for all around western. When the bit came Charlie didnt accept it. Your so stubbern! When she finally got the bit in she took his reins and led him outside into the frosty air. Seeing Kara and Amy she walked over to them and waited. As charlie say the other stallions he looked them over. When he noticed that Bam was a stallion he layed his ears back and tried to get closer to amy....kind of like protectiong her.

A smile crawled across her lips at Kara's words, the girls name was unique in a way. Amy had never really heard of many 'Kara's'. Pulling the saddle off the railings the placed it up onto Kiss's back, the fiddled with the buckles, makeing sure everything was in place before heading towards the bridle. She saw charlie at the corner of her eye, him growing closer and closer to her and the other stallion. "You two better watch those boys" she nodded to Charlie and Bam. "Especialy with a mare around they may be a bit difficult. Two stallions and a mare isen't really the best combination." the thaughts of what could happen ran through her mind, oh well, they would have to wait and see.
Going towards Charlie she ran her hand down his face and then pushed him away, clicking her tongue "Come on mate, thats enough." she cooed to him softly. Returning to the warmblood who had a rather light build compared to the two stallions around her, Amy hooked her thumb under the poll band and using the rest of her fingers she held onto her forelock. With great obediance the mare shifted her teeth and allowed the bit to fall in, the played with it, bobbing her head and chewing.
After all the buckles on the black bridle where fixed, Amy swung the reins over her neck and took hold of them at the bit. Soothing her softly the 15 year-old led her towards Charlie. "Okay guys. Im not sure if you know all this but since I'm meant to help 'instruct' according to Pina, I'll tell you the rules" taking a breath she rubbed Kiss's neck. "Stallions are hard to ride with. They can only be side by side. If you face your rump to one, they will automaticly mount, even if its another stallion. Never do a circle around them, especially infront. They could take this as a threat and attack, simply get angry or even mount side-on. We are lucky that Kiss is not in heat" a smile tugged on her lips. "Ready?" she looked towards Aubrey "You go first, Kara is waiting outside"

Kara turned her head slightly and saw Aubrey riding towards her, she knows how two stallions and one mare can act when there all together so she took precautions on everything she did.
When Aubrey and Charlie slide up to the side of them she wooed him down and kept a firm grip on the reins so he didnt run offf or buck etc. ''So Aubrey, isnt this good...all of us going for a ride in the morning, its just soo cool. Did you know this is my first ride on Bam and i seem to be doing fine, atlast i think i am.''
While they were just standing there waiting for Amy to ride down, Kara noticed something in the bushes, rustling around in there. But then she realised it was a little squirrel, atleast she thought it was a squirrel, shes never seen one before since she lievs in Australia so she was very excited to see it.

Charlie looked at the other horse and quickly relized it was a stallion. Backing off he layed his ears down and stood his ground. would you stop it? just act fine for this ride... Aubrey talked to the stallion. Hearing Kara talked she smiled. Kara had a sweat accent and it was cute and funny in a way. This is my first time ridding charlie. But ive spent alot of time with him and he seems like he knows where his boundries are! Petting the stallion she could feel him still tense because of the other stallion but he seemed calmer.
Looking at the bush Aubrey took a tighter grip on the reins as Charlie looked at the bush with his ears pricked. Its just a squirrel. You dont to run after it you big dog! Aubrey talked to Charlie as he started to pull at the reins to get over to the bush and chase after the squirrel.
